Thyroid Stack Supplement Needs
Like all Supplement Needs products, Thyroid Stack is a fully transparent, non proprietary product containing 15 ingredients at efficacious doses as part of the Supplement Needs Dean St Mart Health range.
Formulated by Dean St Mart using the amino acid Tyrosine, 4 minerals Iodine, Selenium, Copper, Molybdenum; folinic acid and methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12); Olive Leaf Extract for Oleuropein, Guggul for Guggulsterone, Forskholii for Forskolin, Schizandra for Schizandrins; as well as 3 trademarked ingredients MitoBurn L-BAIBA, Capsimax and Paradoxine.
Designed to help support thyroid hormone synthesis (T4) and conversion (T3), a secondary aspect to the formula is to aid in lipolysis as well as supporting the browning of fat cells to regulate metabolism.
- Tyrosine is the starting block to thyroid hormones alongside Iodine and relies on adequate Selenium, Copper and Molybdenum for transport and conversion.
- Folinic acid is a one of active forms of folate known as 5-formyl tetrahydrofolate which can be converted to any of the other active forms of folate in the body; alongside methylcobalamin (B12) which both support methylation to stimulate the release of thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH).
- Olueropein has been demonstrated to increase T4 to active T3 conversion. Guggulsterone may help to increase Iodine uptake and stimulate TSH, Schizandra can act as an adaptogen to lower stress which may effect TSH production and Forskolin is a potent activator that can stimulate the release of T4 and T3 from the thyroid gland.
- The final 3 trademark ingredients Mitoburn L-BAIBA, Paradoxine and Capsimax fulfill the benefit of aiding the browning of fat cells, supporting lipolysis and glucose metabolism.
